Good bye and hope to see you again!

To conclude our course with a positive thought

Dear learners, you have come to the end of this course. Have you noticed how much you have learned, and how many issues are involved in these two simple question:

Is this food safe for me?

Are there chemicals coming from processing and packaging that can be risky for my health?

As you have seen the answer is not so simple and not so direct. Overall, we see several subjects that are attempting to positively address these issues. So, to encourage our positive thinking, let’s trust that the issue will come up and will be dealt with, with competence and realism. Ideally as a system approach.

By following this course you have seen the point of views of several participants – stakeholders – in this complex business, and have gained a whealth of information and knowledge that will be with you for all the next journeys. Having transmitted this knowledge we hope we have contributed to build more aware citizens, that are more keen to make the best choice for him/herself and for their loved ones. Hope you all appreciated this course and found it useful.

Cheers,
