Ready for week 4?

We’ve looked at how to apply the methods you’ve learned to new products. Now we’re going to really focus in on how you refine an existing product. We’re going to continue our discussion of the business model canvas, and what we’re going to look at is three fundamental business model types, infrastructure, scope and product. because I think considering which one of those your product most maps to is really going to help you drive to the right focus on making that product perform really well. And then we’re going to look at how you pair that with the right analytics program, possibly the use of data science.

And most importantly, how you take that focus and you bring it to the right kind of working environments and sessions, with the extended team that you’re probably working with now on making this product a big success. What do you say we get started?
