Continuing with the imbalanced diet problem, Prof. Hsieh will explain health problems caused by excessive sugar intake.

Eating too much added sugar can have many negative health effects. An excess of sweetened foods and beverages can lead to weight gain, blood sugar problems and an increased risk of heart disease, among other dangerous conditions

Other common modern lifestyle health problems include eating too much processed food, food additives, overeating, food hygiene, as well as incorrect medical superstition.
