Glutamine can also maintain the normal function of intestinal or we can say that it helps the activation of immunocyte. Next, she gives examples when body requires to supply glutamine. In certain conditions, such as traumatic stress, infection or post-surgery, glutamine will become an essential amino acid. And supplementation of glutamine is necessary in these cases.
