Welcome to Week 2

Here your Week 2 educators welcome you to the second week of the course

As you have learned the basic functions of the BlobToolKit in Week 1, this week you will use different functions of the web viewer to analyse your data by filtering and visualising it in many different ways to understand what’s in your genome assembly.

In the first activity, we will show you some screencasts explaining how to navigate the BTK web viewer. We suggest you follow along on the website and try the menu options for yourself. At the end of the activity there will be an opportunity to try an exercise to see if you can use the viewer. Do use the comment sections throughout to ask questions about the different menu options.
