Top menu overview
The BTK web interface might look confusing when you first start using it.
There are many menu options on the top, and many filters that you can switch on and off on the left side. In this section you will learn what the different options and buttons and toggle switches mean. After you become familiar with the interface, in the next section of the course you will realise that you only need to change a few things to fully investigate any genome assembly. We have provided a PDF “cheat sheet” in the Downloads section at the end of this step, that you can refer to whenever you want to look up what any part of the interface does.
