Overview of filters

The BlobToolKit web viewer allows you to make lots of different changes to the display, helping you to analyse the plots and focus on the information most useful to you. There are two important menus that you will need to use: Filters, which changes what data is shown on the plot, and Settings, which makes changes to how the data is shown.

In the video, Sujai explain some of the different options available in the Filters menu. He covers further Filter options in the next step. Remember that you can download the cheat sheet from step 2.2 to give you a summary of the options covered in the video.
