Let’s now watch Farzana Kazemi talking about some of the ways that HR can add value to the organisation.

Farzana Kazemi, Global HR Director at KEF Holdings, joined a start-up based in the Middle East, and was asked to develop the HR team from the ground up, developing processes and practices that would allow HR to add value to the business from the first day, as well as equipping line managers with the tools needed to bring together a diverse range of people to work together effectively.

We’ve seen from these interviews that HR is most effective when it takes a holistic view of an organisation, brings people together so that everyone is working together to shared goals, and removes blockages that stop people or teams from being effective or engaged.
