Hi, I’m Tanya Bondarouk. I have studied and researched human resource management for twenty years at the university of Twente, the Netherlands. It is difficult to disagree that people are very important for success of the business of your organization. And therefore, this people deserve and need good practices to enjoy the work of their organizations. They need good leadership, they need practices that would motivate them, they need to get opportunities to perform well and to enjoy the work. We call these practices human resource management or HRM. If you have work experience or if you work for HR, probably you know what HR practices entail, but let me continue with the questions.
