For all the options, you can use technology to gain information about your employees and offer customized solutions. You can use augmented reality to train your employees, provide more detailed and real-time feedback though big data performance outcomes, and develop the best team by combining talents based on AI-supported decisions. These and other solutions help to motivate or engage your employees. As a last option, you can use outflow: This is about letting employees go, voluntary or with a dismissal.
