Outflow

The last type of flow is outflow. This is about letting employees go, voluntary or with a dismissal.

You can use augmented reality to train your employees, provide more detailed and real-time feedback though big data performance outcomes, and develop the best team by combining talents based on AI-supported decisions. These and other solutions help to motivate or engage your employees. As a last option, you can use outflow: This is about letting employees go, voluntary or with a dismissal. Managing outflow consists of retirement, lay-offs, dismissal and having a new job. After you have tried several throughflow solutions and the performance or satisfaction of the employee does not improve, you may need to let the employee go.
