Well, we are at the end of this module. You have learned about electronic HRM and more than that. You know that HRM philosophies, HRM policies and practices, determine success of electronic HRM. You also learned that e-HRM is not about technology. Look around, it is not difficult to notice how much we are all dependent on the technological support, in our daily life, in our work, in our working routines, in the business. successful managers of modern organizations know exactly that digitalization of HRM is not about technology and that electronic HRM is dependent on human reflections.
