Welcome back participants, as you may remember, My name is Maarten Renkema, researcher and teacher at the university of twente. During last session, you learned about HRM technology, the use of information technology in HRM, which is also called electronic HRM or e-HRM. In today’s session we will learn about HRM & Innovation and the ways HRM policies and practices can stimulate innovative outcomes. Because, how innovative can HRM be? And what is innovation? Those are the questions that will be answered in this session.
