Stimulation of creativity

Exercise with timer, about how to stimulate creativity.

The video will show a 2-minute countdown. Play the video to set the timer for this exercise.

One way to stimulate creative thinking is to write down as many uses for an everyday object (such as a pencil or brick). This is called the alternative uses test and is developed by Guilford in 1967. Your exercise is to take a piece of paper and write down as many uses for a paperclip in 2 minutes. Set the timer whenever you are ready.
