There are many different ways in which the EFQM Model can be used. Over the next few steps you will discover how the EFQM Model can be used for the following:
- as a diagnostic tool to help you understand what your organisation is doing well and how it could be improved
- for benchmarking to understand your organisation’s position relative to others or to learn from others
- as a planning tool to structure your ideas and make sure you don’t forget something important
- as a source of good practices that could inspire you
