As you can see your plate is your canvas, you should try to create a picture of visual beauty.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with different components using textures, flavours, height, and balance.

Before serving be sure to wipe the rims of plates with a clean kitchen towel.

My tip of the day:

Keep it simple and let your signature be on every plate.
