Hypnobirthing can help you to keep calm in labour. In this video, Nadia explains what hypnobirthing is, and how it can help you prepare for labour and birth.

Have a listen to them now, and then try to listen to them 2-3 times a week, and every night when you get near term. You can either just listen as you relax, or you can mentally repeat each one after Nadia says it.
