Keeping up with planned exercise

This is a gentle reminder about keeping up with the exercises you had planned in the previous weeks.

This is just a gentle reminder to check on your activity tracker, review how you are doing and see what else you can do to make sure you meet your exercise goals this week.

Remember, you’re aiming for the equivalent of half an hour of (brisk) walking every day. Any amount of exercise is better than none, but you will feel more energetic if you take more exercise, so do try!

You may need to slow down a little as your pregnancy progresses and as your baby grows bigger, but keep active and remember to drink more water when you exercise. Swimming is good as you get bigger because the water will support your increased weight.
