Tone of voice

Learners are introduced to the significance of tone of voice and the role it plays in marketing activities.
An organisation’s tone of voice is a guide outlining the types of language they use in order to appeal to its audience. This plays a key role in creating a brand’s personality.

In the eventuality of marketers writing your organisation’s copy, it is important they have previously received some kind of coaching or training in best practices and the brand tone of voice.
