Immunological-based assays for specific detection of shrimp viruses

In this article, several shrimp viral agents will be introduced. And in addition to the detection technique that we have learned (e.g. PCR), this article provide another technique, the use of antibody, as an alternative tool in various detection assays (e.g. enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, dot blotting, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunochromatographic strip tests).
