Do you know how many hours of exercise per week the CDC recommends for adults?

It’s 2 1/2 hours per week. This probably does not include climbing under your desk to plug in your computer, rushing to your car to avoid getting a parking ticket or carrying a 24 pack of sodas into the house. Physical activity is anything that keeps the body moving. This can be as simple as walking and can be broken into shorter time periods between 15 to 30 minutes.
