Upgrading your course

You can get the following benefits by upgrading this course:

• Unlimited access – Learn at your own pace with unlimited access to the course for as long as it exists on FutureLearn.
• A Certificate of Achievement – This is a personalised certificate detailing the syllabus and learning outcomes from the course and it’s a great way to prove what you have learned on the course. It comes as a printed certificate as well as a digital version which you can add to your LinkedIn profile. To be eligible you must have marked at least 90% of the steps in the course as complete.

Upgrades for people in UK health and care roles

The Personalised Care Group at NHS England have an agreement with Future Learn and Health Education England to provide free education and training for people working in health and care roles in the UK.

Upgrade voucher codes

If you’re not eligible for a free upgrade and this is something you cannot easily achieve at the moment, please contact us to discuss at england.pldp@nhs.net. We have a limited number of upgrade voucher codes. Also, don’t forget you can take a screen shot of the ‘successful completion page’ if that would be helpful.

Step Three and Step Four are delivered differently and all learners who successfully complete the Step Three (Peer Leadership Academy) and Step Four (Peer Leader Facilitation) courses, will automatically receive a certificate. No upgrade is required.
