Welcome to the second week of Business Etiquette.

Last week, you identified your personal communication style, explored different communication methods and reflected on your own interpersonal communication style. Hopefully, this helped you to further understand where your strengths and areas for improvement lie in communicating with others in a professional context.

This week, you will learn how to apply your communication style as a leader, and in the digital world, focusing on effective email communication. At the end of the week you will reflect on what you’ve learned about your personal communication style. You will be able to apply your new skills to get ahead at work, both in a face to face and online settings
