0
<v Speaker 1>Hello and welcome back. Last week we kicked off our discussion of Strategic Doing by looking up the shift from hierarchies to networks that so many of us are experiencing. We also discussed how the shift is changing the way we think about strategy. We’ll continue this week learning how trust serves as a sort of fuel that powers strategy. But how do we build trust what does it mean to build trust at scale or to build a culture of trust. Those are all good questions that we will consider. We’ll see how trust emerges in relationships and what we can do to promote the conditions that lead to stronger bonds of trust in a network.

We will also spend time together looking into how strategy in networks involved guiding complex conversations with simple rules. Who cover a clear definition of the components of strategy in open networks and move on to learn how to generate these components by answering simple, but not easy, questions. I hope you are as excited as I am to get started.
