End of week 1

In this video we summarize the first week of the workplace wellbeing course.
You have now formed an understanding of how you react to certain situations, and developed a plan for how you can react better in the future to improve your emotional well-being and reduce your stress. In the next week, we’ll talk about coping with work-life, balancing your schedule, how to deal with other colleagues, and we’ll discuss your self worth.

  • How to plan your workweek to reduce stress.
  • How to cope with low self-esteem.

You’ve also explored

  • Your own reaction and behaviour to stressful situations.
  • What tasks matter most to you and how to prioritise.

You’ve also found out about

  • How you can save time by cutting down on the least important tasks.
  • How to plan your week in terms of physical activities and work tasks.
