Case 1: Example goals for a sustainable office project

The following goal set is a real-world example of a full-fledged systemic/object goal set for a highly ambitious multi-tenant office building at an airport. It was created during several stakeholder cycles in co-creation.

The CBD becomes the preferred location in the Netherlands for companies with a global perspective, from high potential front runners to multi-nationals.

The systemic and network goals are inter-weaved under strategic and user goals. The object goals follow ELSI. This goal set was a time to use the most ambitious for any sustainable office project globally. Research showed this project to be feasible with these goals, and financially viable due toa smart integrated concept design.
