Sara Calvo

Dr Sara Calvo is the co-founder and CEO of Minca Ventures Ltd/Living in Minca. She is also a Senior Lecturer at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. She is an expert in sustainability, entrepreneurship and innovation. She has carried consultancy work with a wide range of sustainable related businesses in South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. She is also an experienced researcher and has published articles and books about social entrepreneurship, sustainable businesses and innovation. See more about Sara here.

Andres Morales

Dr Andrés Morales is the co-founder and COO of Minca Ventures Ltd/Living in Minca. He is also a Lecturer at Universidad Internacional de la Rioja. Prior to this, he worked as a General Manager for a social business company in London. He has a wide range of experience working as a social enterprise consultant as well as an educator in several European, African, Asian and Latin American countries. Paul Talliard

Paul Talliard is the founder of Hands of Honour Ltd, a Social Enterprise based in Cape Town, South Africa. Hands of Honour Ltd creates jobs for people who have experienced hardship by up-cycling goods for sale. The program also has an environmental element – corporations act as partners, donating their unwanted goods or obsolete stock rather than sending it to landfill. He is also the creator of the Angel Classroom on Wheels, a fully equipped fold-up Mini-Library and Puppet Theatre designed for children in vulnerable and under-resourced early learning centres. Rashvin Pal Singh

Rashvin Pal Singh is the co-founder and CEO, of Biji-biji Initiative, which is one of Malaysia’s pioneering and award winning Social Enterprise, that champions sustainability. Biji-biji Initiative compromises of subsidiaries across few industries, specifically in Ethical Fashion, Alternative Energy, Circular Economy Solutions, and their latest venture, Me.reka, which is an innovative and alternative education model, designed to build 21st Century mindsets. Fergus Lyon

Professor Fergus Lyon is the Director of the Centre for Enterprise and Economic Development Research, Middlesex University in London and Deputy Director of the ESRC Centre for the Understanding of Sustainable Prosperity. Recent funders include the Economic and Social Research Council, Cabinet Office, Dept of Business Innovation Skills, Innovate UK, International Labour Organisation, and a number of charities. Adeyemi Adelekan

Adeyemi Adelekan is a doctoral researcher working on the political and organisational dimensions of sustainable prosperity theme in the context of Africa at the Centre for the Understanding of Sustainability and Prosperity (CUSP) in the United Kingdom. Adeyemi’s other work experiences span across IT, consulting, healthcare, and e-commerce industries, both in for-profit and not-for-profit settings. See more about Adeyemi here.
