What is good mental health according to young people?

In this video young people tell what good mental health is according to them.
SPEAKER 1: What do you consider a good mental health?
SPEAKER 2: When you are able to deal with your feelings in a positive way and being able to enjoy your life.
SPEAKER 3: You not only feel healthy on the outside, but also inside. And your feelings are good.
SPEAKER 4: It’s feeling good in the inside, as well as not having difficulties, according to the brain, and just feeling all right to yourself and things besides.
SPEAKER 5: Being at peace with yourself and the way you live.
SPEAKER 6: I guess, being able to go outside and to hang out with people without being nervous or anything. Or basically being able to do what the normal human mind does.
SPEAKER 7: When you have a happy life, when you’re happy at your house, and you don’t have too much life problems.
SPEAKER 8: It’s most of the time being happy, having a good mental state, so that you see things in a brighter way and just overall, better.
SPEAKER 9: What’s most important is to be happy with what you are and what you can do.
SPEAKER 10: Well, for example, when all you feelings works well, so you can think about good things and then, also, sad things. And not only focus on one thing at a time.
SPEAKER 11: When someone can interact with people and relate to people’s emotions.
