Content reach and interactions

This step describes how to determine whether your content is reaching enough people and if they’re engaging with it.

Are you providing content that your audience relates to, or sees as something they want to share? Is it being engaged with enough for the social platforms to be putting it on organic feeds?

Add up the reach for each platform that you use and input it into the table. If you have an objective for reach, use this in the 3rd column. Alternatively, benchmark against the same month in the previous year. This year on year measure (YOY) is a good indicator of progress.

You will hopefully see upward trends here. If there are downward trends, have a look at how you can change your content to improve the performance.
