@SiriratLim I like to estimulate my conscience with nature, beeing with my attention for what's happening now, and how nature respond to the environment. Nature inspire me, mainly because there is no trash in nature systems, show in many cases that the residue of one specie is the food of others.

There are a lot of upcycle options to do pet beds with waste material. I suggest you to choose 3 simple models, small, medium and big. Also you can offer the maintainance of the damage products, showing that you are responsible for the waste even after the sale.Fire and ice:

I offer a subscription that allows the subscriber to send me a toy to be fixed or allows them to rent other toys that have been already fixed. At the end of each month, the subscriber receives back the toys fixed, and I receive the toys rented. At the end of 3 month´s all toys are donated to institutions that be care of children in communities in vulnerable...

At the last year I worked with patners "on demmand". The comunication of the activities were responsability of sponsor place. In this case the most important it was to choose the right partner, the most aligned with our proposal.

Some customers liked the idea but thay say, before start to rent one used toy, they need to know what to do with lot of them that they already have in the house.

Here in Brazil when you buy new tires, the company that sell you, have the obligation to discard correctly the old ones. And there are companies responsible to recycle. I prefer to work with simple materials.

Companies, manufacturers are not charged for their waste after the product it is on market and transfer responsibility to people. And our president it is not awake to climate change, for he this not exist. :(

Situation: the impact of repair toys.
Stakeholder: the repairman.
Outcomes: the number of toys fixed, the total time expended, the $ received to fix.
Impact: the skill of solve problems developed, the criativity exercised, stress reduction by using manual habilities.

Once the metrics are aligned with business impacts we can mesure to check the progress of our actions.
I think we need to learn criterias to decide wich metrics are better to each case.
To do this I suggest ask to mainly stakeholders to say what is success for them. With this we can add quality to complement our quantity numbers. -
Recently I finished one MOOC - Sustainability of Social-Ecological Systems: the Nexus between Water, Energy and Food. For me the real impact we need to measure, is the impact of how much we can regenerate our world.

When I think about impact, my mind it is filled about our daily chooses, and how we evaluate what is better for us and for our circles (family, friends, neighborhood, school, etc.).
To observe our relationships, be aware of how our decisions reflect on others, be prepared for daily changes, to respond creativily conseedering the context, are essential... -

A lot of learning on this week. I spent some time to do some analysis with logs of developing process of my team. Still do not feel safe to use Process mining in large scale.

I liked this grouping of type of analysis: Cartography / Auditing / Navigation, cause they work like a sctrutured, macro, step by step for each type of analysis.

We can filter different timestamp period and analyze changes in the process after some relevant event, like a training, a process model change, a seasonality, etc...

I found Inductive Miner and Fuzzy Miner very usefull mainly cause they garantee sound process models. I can´t imagine yet some usefull to Alpha Miner and Heuristic Miner.

In case to insert 2 fields in the event box I had one issue: need to add the first, add the second and after this remove the duplicate generated when I add the first.
Probably the log´s I used not be so familiar to everyone.

I´m not familiar with Petrinet showed in the exercises on the website, but doing the tasks helps to be familiar with ProM.

Marcela, try to connect in other network (wi-fi for example), download the packages in this network, after the first login you can´t need to download packages anymore and can return to original network. It works for me.
