This program focuses on exploring digital marketing insights to meet consumer needs, in the context of technological disruptions.

This program is designed with the aim to increase your knowledge of digital marketing, both in theory and practice. The module builds on existing theories and concepts and encourages you to critically assess the use of core digital marketing concepts, such as social media, email marketing, website design, online advertising, and online PR. It also explores the different strategies for developing online customer engagement and implementing digital marketing plans to suit different organisational settings.
