The Human Resource Professional program has been developed by The Open University Business School.
In this program you will learn about the development of leadership theories and some of the more contemporary understandings. As part of this, you will consider the implications for the HR function when developing successful leaders and what are regarded as some of the main leadership skills.
You will investigate the various factors that are associated with performance, such as maintaining performance during times of organisational change, and the impact of flexible working on performance in the workplace.
