What makes good leaders?

This program introduces the key issues, theories and debates surrounding international leadership. You will consider and debate the differences between leadership and management and study a range of different perspectives to give a critical understanding of the theory and practice of leadership and management.

You will be expected to draw on your learning from other modules to explore the current issues facing 21st-century leaders and managers.
