Skip to 0 minutes and 5 seconds NICK PATTERSON: Congratulations on finishing Week 2 of this course. We’ve covered a range of topics this week and started your journey to reflecting more deeply on your past work experiences, and ultimately a listing of your skills and what level they’re at. The main highlights from this week were how well do you communicate and how important it can be, what is success and how can we better achieve it. What is the power of self-reflection and how it can help build and develop yourself individually and professionally. We analysed the case study of KFC’s new #myplan for developing their staff through self-reflection. You conducted a skills audit on your professional self and discovered strengths and maybe some weaknesses.
