Using the MBTI to heighten your self-awareness and awareness of others and how you interact with them.
How to gain useful feedback
Considering the importance of providing and obtaining feedback as an effective method for self-awareness and development
Using reflective practice tools
Examining various models of reflective practice to highlight the importance of continual reflection to be able to improve your leadership approach and decision making
