Background information on the Heuristics miner

Note: this article provides pointers to extra material, beyond this course. Those interested are invited to inspect these resources, but this is not mandatory for the succesfull completion of this course.

The basic use of the Heuristics miner plug-in is also explained in this brief video (YouTube, 6 min). More advanced options are shown in this video (YouTube, 14 min).
