You’ve now reached the end of our Autism: Legal issues and Advocacy course – well done!

We’ve covered a lot of ground since you started the course. We hope you have found the course informative and thought provoking. Of course there’s always much more to learn. You might like to take a look at our other courses here on Future Learn such as A Deeper Understanding of Autistic People, Autism: Improving Access to Healthcare or Autism: Education and Creating an Inclusive Environment

If you’re interested in taking it further, you might also like to look into our Autism Studies programme at the University of Kent’s Tizard Centre. Our postgraduate courses in Autism Studies provide a range of vocationally valuable opportunities to acquire knowledge, understanding and skills in the organisation and delivery of support to people with autism and related difficulties. This includes both distance learning and campus based options and a flexible mix of learning and teaching methods. Graduates with a good honours degree in a social science discipline can apply, and we also accept applications from people with professional qualifications or from a less traditional educational background.
