Considering the Organization and Stakeholders

Professor Yael Grushka-Cockayne explains the importance of identifying the organization and stakeholders involved in projects. Think about the same project you identified in previous sections and the questions below:

Who will be doing the work?
Who is the Project Manager?
Who is paying for the project?
Who will consume the product or service?
Who are those effected by the project?

Have you ever used either framework mentioned in the video (Stakeholders cycle and/or the Power Interest Grid)?

If so, did you find it helpful?

If not, do you foresee yourself using one or both of the frameworks?
