Welcome to Week 4!

Congratulations on making it to the last week of the course. Thank you for staying with us! This week we will be focussing on how we can best support and engage COPMI to build their own coping strategies and build resilience. We will also gain a deeper understanding of how each young person’s individual circumstances will determine the specific approach and support that they need.

We hope you enjoy your last week of the course.

Remember that you can upgrade to complete our end of course test and receive your certificate of completion along with a free downloadable support plan resource and guidance sheet.

Don’t forget.

This week we will be hosting a special live Q&A webinar on identifying and understanding the needs of children and young people living with a parent with mental illness. This will be held on Thursday 21st October at 1pm (GMT).

Please post any questions you have on the topic of parental mental illness below (only one per learner please) or email to nadya.bettioui@ourtime.org.uk and our team of Educators will be happy to answer as many as possible.

The webinar will be hosted on the Zoom platform and can be accessed via the following link:
