Planning for Agile and Feedback

MOHAMMAD ALAM: Communication between the team members and between the client and the team members are very important for Agile methodology. So, what we do make sure is, if we have a new team member coming to the team, we ensure that they go through the proper training. For Agile, we ensure that the team member understands it clearly, what it means to be in an Agile team, and we also sure that the new team member finds it readily available that the product order, and this grand master is available to support them as well.
So, from a project management perspective, the way we see things, every risk is an opportunity. So, every feedback is an opportunity as well. So, what I do is I ensure that my team members, whether it’s a feedback from individuals within the team, or it’s a feedback from the customer, always take the feedback in a positive way. Make sure that you understand the feedback that’s provided to you, try to understand why that feedback is provided and then work on that feedback.
