Watch children

Let’s watch and listen to Fadi’s performance.

Playing this braille character activity, children will not only read letters on a brick, they will develop their tracking skills.

To play “Musical Letters”, ten LEGO Braille Bricks and ten Classic 2X4 bricks are needed. Practitioners prepare the baseplate aligning 11 bricks across the top, alternating Classic and Braille Bricks. The remaining bricks are placed in a bowl.

Children have to track the line of bricks with their index fingers, pronounce each letter as they touch it, make a beat box sound (e.g. bing or bang …) for each brick that is not a letter.

Hope you have enjoyed Fadi’s performance!
