Congratulations on completing the course! By now you should have a good understanding of the maturity level of blended learning practices in your course, programme, or institution. Why not benchmark your practices against the maturity of blended learning in other institutions around the world (where your peers come from)?

We invite you to participate in a survey developed based on the self-assessment tool of the European Maturity Model for Blended Education (EMBED framework). The survey contains two sections. Section 1 evaluates the maturity of your blended learning practice in course, programme, and institutional levels. You will be able to skip any levels that are not relevant to your experience. Section 2 seeks your feedback on the EMBED framework. Please click here to start the survey.

After completing the survey, you may view and download the live results of the survey here.
