Welcome! This course aims to prepare you for the mathematical side of studying a science subject at University.

I am Dr Lisa Mott and I will be facilitating this course from 2nd August to 20th August 2021. You might like to view my Future learn profile to learn more about me.

In some of the learning videos you will also meet Dr Ria Symonds and Christina Brady, who are both members of teaching staff at the University of Nottingham. They have also been involved in the design and development of this course.

We are taking a collaborative learning approach, so we hope you will share your answers, thoughts and reflections with other students on the course in the comments section at the end of each step.
