Making sense of user testing feedback

How do we best make sense of user testing feedback. Have a look at three tools as shown by Aidan using Miro.

In the video I talk through three tools that are useful for capturing and analysing feedback from a user test.

  • Experiment Grid – a useful tool to define, document and report on a user test
  • Feedback Capture Grid – a tool to collate feedback from user tests
  • User Testing Refinement Grid – a tool which helps to analyse feedback and determine refinements

These are some examples of tools that are useful to get a group understanding feedback together and to create common knowledge.

What changes would you make to any of the templates? What could you do to make these templates more useful for you?
