We’ve thought a lot here about the biology of brain diseases, about risk factors that span the entire lifecourse, about how research studies continue to deliver new understanding and how all of this needs to feed into better designed services that can empower people to maintain the health of their brains.

Hopefully, through the themes we’ve explored together, we have developed a clearer understanding of steps we can all take, at an individual, a societal and a global level to translate existing evidence into action that promotes brain health for everyone.

Feel free to share any thoughts below before we move on to take a moment and reflect on our own brain health.
