Record yourself

Practise answering an IELTS Speaking Part 3 question.
You’re now going to record yourself answering a question from Part 3 of a test.

Normally there are five or six questions in Part 3, and though it’s difficult to say exactly how long you should speak for, try to spend at least 45 seconds answering this question. Find a quiet place, set a timer and give your talk. Here’s the question:

Do you think advertising influences what people buy?

Try as many times as you like, and why not record your answer and share it with other learners using Speakpipe?

When you finish, think again about how easy you found it to give your opinion on this topic.

Share your thoughts and listen to other recordings in the comments.
