And before this, we have C - let’s forget about the bar for a moment - C is 100, XL is 40 and II is 2 so we have - 142 and when we join it we see it’s 142 thousand so what the bar on the top is telling us - it’s in the thousands. So we have a house with 7 in it is equal to 142,857.
