This article proposed a novel approach to identify quality factors of hospital services. It also identified the overtime trends automatically from online health communities, especially from hospital-related questions and answers. Utilizing large-scale health-related information could provide timely information to caregivers, hospital officials, and medical professionals for making healthcare policies.
