Congratulations on completing this week’s learning material. Before you move on, we suggest you take a minute to reflect on what you have learned this week.

The following questions correspond to a task in week 5, in which you will pull together your learning. Why wait until week 5 when you can begin planning for this now?

  1. Behavioural intervention.

a. Using Very Brief Advice (VBA) – ask, advise, act; think about how would you interact with your patients using these aspects (ask, advise, act)

  1. SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis: outline a simple SWOT analysis for your practice.

  2. Personal action – based on your SWOT analysis, think about the changes you can make in YOUR primary respiratory care.
