Congratulations on finishing this course, Influencing and Communication Skills for Managers by the University of Law.

You first gained an understanding of the meaning of communication, the different types of verbal and nonverbal communication and the communication process. Managers must master communication in order to ensure that organisational goals are met. By communicating effectively, they are able to influence the behaviour of employees and external stakeholoders.
