An Introduction to Real-World IoT Scenarios

In this step, we are going to be looking at companies and businesses that have implemented IoT for their specific scenarios and how IoT has helped improve their business.

The goal of this activity is to inspire you. We want you to think about problems that exist and need to be solved, and how IoT can be applied to improve those situations.

We’re also going to go through several different scenarios to better understand how companies are using IoT in the real-world.

Keep in mind that there’s an overlap in the examples where IoT has given businesses an advantage, and we’ll point out a few in this video step. The video will also give you an overview of vertical examples and we’ll dive deeper into each vertical in the steps that follow.
